Password reset

How to reset a forgotten Tract password and regain access to your account.

Forgot your password?

Section titled “Forgot your password?”
  1. On the Tract login screen click Forgot Password
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link — it arrives within a few minutes
  4. Click the link and enter a new password
  5. Sign in with your new password

Reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, repeat the process to get a new one. If you don’t receive the email check your spam folder. Still nothing — reply to your welcome email and we’ll sort it out.
